1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
1.2 Time Frame for Returns
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods
1.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at alex@emx24.com to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
